Funnels for Die Casting

This large opening, thermal shock resistant ceramic funnel eliminates spillage of molten Aluminium as its poured into a shot sleeve.

Use of the funnel reduces metal losses, increases the number of good shots per hour, improves safety and reduces house clearing costs.  An optional steel harness is avaialble that can be attached to the standard die casting equipment in any convenient location.

The funnel is entirely ceramic, does not require any coating, and can be used repeatedly.
